Student Data Services
SPARCC provides services to member districts which enable them to maintain a database of information relating to their students thereby assisting them in completing their administrative tasks. A series of software products form a comprehensive package for schools to track the data they need. The center of activity is focused on the Data Analysis for Student Learning (DASL) student information system from which data is transmitted and received with complimentary software products. One of the complimentary software products is the Excelsior Pinnacle electronic gradebook application.

- Software support for data-entry, data processing, and data import/export
- Data archival and retrieval support
- Help desk support during normal business hours
- Support for Excelsior Pinnacle Applications
- Student scheduling, grade reporting, interim progress reports, attendance reporting, registration, transcripts
- Student demographics and student discipline tracking
- EMIS compliance reporting requirements
- Documentation for software procedures and guidelines
- New and continuing user training
- Training for systems and software procedures
- Training for end-of-year processing and opening or closing of records
- Create and maintain student records and build supporting reports
- Leadership investigating new products and procedures to benefit users
Please note that all printing is done at the district and/or building levels.
