D3A2 Implementations

SPARCC is working with consortium districts who have completed online requested to make D3A2 Data Warehouse a tool for data analysis. This is being done on a schedule based on district readiness and completion of the D3A2 Data Release Agreement. SPARCC currently has 4 (Canton Local, Alliance, Marlington and Jackson) districts completely loaded.  These districts are waiting on technical and security issue to be resolved.  Once these 4 districts are operational SPARCC will continue working with additional districts. 16 districts are in the queue for implementation and 20 districts  have completed the D3A2 Implementation Request Form.  The following district Data Release Agreements have been received by the D3A2 Operations Group...

Plain Local, Canton Local, Alliance, Jackson, Waterloo, Aurora, Sandy Valley, Louisville, Ravenna, R.G Drage, Massillon, Field, Tuslaw, Garfield, Lake and Rootstown.

Steps to initiate implementation of D3A2 Data Tool:

1. Identify District D3A2 Primary Contact (Required)
2. Forming a district level implementation team (Recommended)
3. Conducting an implementation team meeting in conjunction with SPARCC Staff (Recommended)
4. Creating an Individualized Implementation Plan (Recommended)
5. Assess district readiness to move forward (Required)
6. Complete the Data Release Agreement - requires Superintendent Signature (2 hard copies mailed to D3A2 Operation Group) (Required)
7. Complete the spreadsheet of district "scrubbers" (Click here for copy of required spreadsheet) (Please return via email) (Required)
8. Decide the years of data to be scrubbed (SPARCC recommends 2007 data and forward) (Required)
9. Schedule the start date with SPARCC (Required)
